- At Vitacare LLC, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our top priorities.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please email info@vitacarellc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid or customer-paid shipping label depending on the reason for return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or product defect on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items. - If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
